The staff was friendly enough. The free water filling station in the bar was useful.
The room size was a joke considering the photos online. It felt smaller than advertised. Breakfast wasn't a buffet. A set menu limited the options. That felt cheap.

the front desk agent named toni did provide great service.
all the rooms have an odor. it seemed to come from the air conditioning system. when i turned it off, the smell disappeared, but then it got too hot. i also saw a cockroach in my room right before i left.

the staff was very helpful and kind. my room had a spacious shower with great water pressure, a true delight after a day of exploring. i liked having a minibar in the room to keep drinks cold, a very handy feature. the hotel is very close to many local restaurants

The hotel staff was friendly and provided recommendations for local bars and restaurants. the bar and restaurant on the ground floor were excellent. i also appreciated the hotel's modern, clean design and the rooftop swimming pool. It was a welcome escape from the summer heat.
I found the rooms lacked towel racks or a dryer. This was difficult given the high humidity.
