super clean room friendly staff good value bad smell salad option inoperative pool
the room was super clean and comfortable. friendly staff were available. the restaurant offered good value for breakfast and dinner.
the rooms had a bad smell from the air conditioning. the rooftop swimming pool was not working .

The room was super clean and the sound proof windows helped me sleep well
The fire alarm went off around 4 30 a m I jumped out of bed thinking something was on fire No one informed us what happened after checking I learned someone was smoking in his room and the police came

some issues needing attention
bad smell cockroach
the front desk agent named toni did provide great service.
all the rooms have an odor. it seemed to come from the air conditioning system. when i turned it off, the smell disappeared, but then it got too hot. i also saw a cockroach in my room right before i left.

helpful staff spacious shower
the staff was very helpful and kind. my room had a spacious shower with great water pressure, a true delight after a day of exploring. i liked having a minibar in the room to keep drinks cold, a very handy feature. the hotel is very close to many local restaurants

friendly staff excellent restaurant clean design
The hotel staff was friendly and provided recommendations for local bars and restaurants. the bar and restaurant on the ground floor were excellent. i also appreciated the hotel's modern, clean design and the rooftop swimming pool. It was a welcome escape from the summer heat.
I found the rooms lacked towel racks or a dryer. This was difficult given the high humidity.
